Refund Policy
1. No Refunds After Billing Cycle Begins
Payments for all subscription-based or recurring services are non-refundable once the billing month has commenced. Clients are responsible for reviewing their selected plans and confirming their details before the billing cycle starts. This ensures uninterrupted service delivery and minimizes misunderstandings.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payments: If the client is mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the incident. Any requests submitted beyond this period will not be considered.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Custom web design, development, and software projects after work has commenced.
Social media advertising campaigns once they have been activated or delivered.
Any consulting, training, or advisory services where the session or deliverable has been partially or fully completed.
4. KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirement
HRXAI Technologies LLC reserves the right to request KYC documentation (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address) to verify the identity of clients. This verification may be required before processing refunds, activating services, or addressing disputes. Failure to provide the required documentation may lead to service delays or denial of refunds.
5. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Services: Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the active billing month.
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before the renewal date.
6. Service Modifications and Customizations
Any modifications or customizations requested after the service agreement will be subject to additional fees.
Services once agreed upon cannot be downgraded or adjusted for a refund.
7. Processing Times for Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method initially used by the client. HRXAI Technologies LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
8. Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the matter will be exclusively handled by the courts of Dubai.
9. Policy Updates
HRXAI Technologies LLC reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after the changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
