Payment & Pricing
Payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Service fees vary based on project scope and are outlined in individual agreements.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, online payments, and other approved methods.
No refunds once a project has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written contract.

User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:

Not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, trademarks, and materials developed by HRXAI Technologies LLC remain the exclusive property of the company.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for delivered projects.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of HRXAI Technologies LLC's materials is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared between HRXAI Technologies LLC and the client shall not be disclosed to third parties.
We comply with UAE data protection laws to ensure client information security.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
HRXAI Technologies LLC provides all services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without express or implied warranties.
The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to:
Financial losses, reputational damage, regulatory penalties, or intellectual property disputes.
Cybersecurity incidents, system failures, data losses, or contractual breaches.
Business interruptions, third-party claims, or legal proceedings.
Clients irrevocably agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HRXAI Technologies LLC from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and legal costs arising from service use.
HRXAI Technologies LLC reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, refuse, or terminate any service, contract, engagement, or user access at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
By using HRXAI Technologies LLC’s services, the client fully waives all rights to litigation, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution related to these terms, in any jurisdiction worldwide.

Service Termination
HRXAI Technologies LLC may immediately terminate services if a client:
Violates these Terms and Conditions.
Fails to make payments or breaches a contractual agreement.
Misuses our services for illegal or fraudulent activities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE laws, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dubai courts.

Amendments
HRXAI Technologies LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
